Flood Cleanup Without the Wait
In the soggy aftermath of the 2011 river flooding along Water Street, crews were stuck knee-deep in mud and debris with nowhere to put it. The smell of wet drywall and rotting wood hung thick in the humid air, and every passing hour meant more structural damage to homes. Local haulers couldn’t keep up—dumpsters sat full for days, stalling recovery and raising health concerns for families trying to salvage what they could.
Caleb Hileman, then a site foreman, saw the bottleneck firsthand. That frustration led him to launch Armstrong County Dumpsters the next year, building a fleet ready for emergencies. When another Water Street property owner called during a 2023 basement flood, we delivered a 20-yard roll-off before noon and swapped it out clean by dusk. The homeowner finished demolition in one weekend instead of waiting weeks.
I didn’t lose another day waiting—your crew pulled up right when you said you would.
